One of the consequences of the coronavirus outbreak is that one in four high school students is now rethinking their college plans. This is having an enormous impact on colleges and universities across the country.

Neumann University, a private Catholic liberal arts college in the Philadelphia area, made smart use of personalized video to address the COVID-19 crisis.

Neumann president Dr. Chris Domes sent a personal message to incoming freshmen. He acknowledged how the coronavirus situation is disrupting students’ lives and expressed the school’s commitment to their well-being.

We produced a personalized message that was sent to every incoming freshman. Here is a sample.

“The personalized video that Allied Pixel produced for us was the perfect vehicle for our president to reach prospective students during the Covid-19 pandemic. He emphasized — and Allied Pixel captured — the qualities of Neumann University that are exactly what students value now more than ever: empathy, friendship and support for one another.”
