Brian Connor
President, Video
Brian started as an Architecture major at Penn State, and that experience had a lasting influence on his directing style. He worked his way up through the production ranks from PA to gaffer, sound op and eventually director. Today Brian oversees video production and post production at Allied Pixel.

Bill got his big break at age 8 when he absconded with his dad's wind-up Super 8 camera to make a movie starring his little brother. He's been creating media in various forms ever since. These days he oversees web and interactive projects at Allied Pixel, while still managing to direct a film project now and then.

Pete's love of technology began by taking apart an 8-track deck in junior high to repair a loose wire. Today he finds himself tackling much larger challenges as he manages all things technical at Allied Pixel (including the thermostat) while also directing SEO services for our clients' websites .

Sound Engineer
Jeff's dad made the wise decision to get him a drum set when he was five years old and ever since then, he's been interested in noise. Sound, actually -- both making it and recording it. As Allied Pixel's sound engineer, he's the guy who makes everyone sound great. And he's still playing those drums.

In high school, Brian took a class on Photoshop where he discovered a filter that allowed him to set text on fire. Ever since that day he knew he was meant to design. Today he oversees design work and development for web and interactive projects.

Dan and his brothers had a band in high school, and perhaps those years of playing proms and college dances led to his interest in live events. As Allied Pixel's webcast producer, Dan is still doing live events ... but now the audience is global.

What is a Mud Run, you ask? It's a 10k run combined with a military obstacle course. Jay should know because he competes in them regularly. Maybe that's why he's so good at getting around obstacles as he manages schedules, crews and equipment for video shoots. He's also a TelePrompter operator.

Ling is fluent in nine languages, seven of which are computer languages. She likes to joke that she's better at them than English. Since coming here from China, she has done the back end programming on many of our biggest web projects.

A family friend filmed high school football games, and that's how Tom wound up in a film lab one day -- where he got to see film editing on a Moviola and sit in a screening room. Ever since then he's been hooked, and today he's putting his own amazing images on the screen.

An internship can be a life-changing event, as Paul can attest. He interned with our predecessor company RSVP in college, and he's been with our group ever since. Besides producing and editing, Paul also shoots and directs. And yes, he also runs our internship program.

As a kid, Rebecca created an ad for her grandfather's sporting goods store. That's all it took to launch a lifelong love of media, marketing and branding. Rebecca wears a couple hats these days, keeping projects on track and managing social media for our clients.
